Pickup and delivery info (PLEASE READ): Due to our move to the new farm this summer, pickup options have slight changed.
Pickup Options:
Farm Pickup (Mt. Juliet): 8-10 am
Bouquets will be placed in the farm stand at 8 am.
Farm location: 60 Cedar Grove Church Rd, MT. Juliet, TN 37122
Please drive carefully down the gravel road to the end (we have lots of wildlife!) and the farm stand will be on your right.
Yellow Table Cafe Pickup in East Nashville: Bouquets will be dropped around 9 am
Bouquets will be placed inside the cafe for pickup with your name.
Delivery: Delivery will be between 8-11 am this season to make sure we can get to all the locations in time!
